Sean Burchell has a long and varied work experience. Sean began their career in 1985 as a Programmer Analyst at General Dynamics, where they wrote concurrent C on the CCOS operating system for Human Factors simulation purposes. In 1988, they moved to KCI as a Programmer Analyst, developing applications to support the Rental Order Entry systems for Kinetic Concepts, Inc. In 1990, they joined USAA IMCO as a Software Developer and Programmer Analyst, writing business systems middleware in C on Unix based OS. In 1995, they co-founded Technix Microsystems, building and selling \"own brand\" personal computers to businesses and government agencies. Finally, in 1997, they founded Comsite International, Inc., hosting and developing web and mobile internet connected applications for clients.
Sean Burchell received a BA in Computer Science from Baylor University between 1981 and 1985. Prior to that, they attended Madison High School.
