Jace Morris

Jace Morris is an experienced geological professional with a strong background in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as a Geological Advisor at Comstock Resources since May 2018, Jace previously held positions as a Senior Geologist and Geological Advisor at California Resources Corporation and Oxy, respectively. Jace's career began as a Geologist at Comstock Resources, following a tenure as a Consulting Geologist at Canyon Resources and a Geologist at Bright & Company. Jace's foundational experience includes working as an LWD Field Engineer at Sperry-Sun Drilling Services. Jace holds a Master of Science degree in Geology from Stephen F. Austin State University.
