Edward Rubinfeld

Edward Rubinfeld has extensive experience in tax management and compliance. Edward is currently employed as a Tax Director at Comtech Telecommunications Corp. Prior to this, they worked at Shutterstock as a Tax Director from 2017 to 2021. Before that, they served as a Tax Director at Pall Corporation from 2008 to 2017, where they were responsible for coordinating and reviewing global ASC 740 calculations and preparing income tax disclosures. Edward also gained experience as a Senior Tax Manager at Grant Thornton LLP from 2000 to 2008, where they handled consolidated tax returns, assisted in audits, and reviewed income tax provisions. Edward started their career as a Tax Associate at Miller Ellin & Company from 1997 to 2000.

Edward Rubinfeld earned their Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School from 1994 to 1997. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Accounting from SUNY Oneonta from 1990 to 1994.
