Matthew Swales

Matthew Swales has an extensive work history in finance and accounting. Matthew is currently the Financial Director at Comtech Telecommunications Corp. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Finance And Accounting at Northrop Grumman from 2021 to 2023. From 2018 to 2021, they were the Director of Finance And Accounting at Northrop Grumman Sperry Marine. In their role, they were responsible for various financial functions and management of international trade compliance. Before that, Matthew held positions at Northrop Grumman Corporation, Huntsman, UK Ministry of Defence, Lockheed Martin, Northern Foods, Thomas Armstrong, and VT Group plc, where they gained experience in financial planning, business management, analysis, and project finance.
