Felipe Hotz

Felipe Hotz's work experience begins in 2009 when they worked as a Suporte Administrativo at TIM Brasil. From September 2009 to October 2010, they served as a Diretor de Arte at Trade MKT, where they were responsible for creating visual concepts for advertising campaigns. Felipe then joined Positivo Tecnologia in November 2010 as a Comunicação Interna, where they developed and planned campaigns and events to promote the company's organizational climate. From May 2012 to February 2013, Felipe worked as a Diretor de Arte at Getz Comunicação, and from March 2013 to February 2018, they served as the Diretor de Criação at Clima Comunicação, specializing in Internal Communication and Endomarketing. In August 2019, they became an Empreendedor Cubo Itaú at Cubo.network, the largest technological entrepreneurship center in Latin America. Starting in January 2018, Felipe is the CEO & Co-founder of Comunica.In, a platform that empowers Internal Communication professionals and areas. In March 2022, they joined Endeavor Brasil as a Scale-Up Endeavor 2022, becoming part of the acceleration program for the next generation of scale-ups in the country.

Felipe Hotz attended Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a degree in Publicidade e Propaganda, focusing on the field of Business/Corporate Communications.
