Additionally, they have been an Associate Professor at various prestigious institutions, including IE Business School and CEU Business School. Javier also held managerial positions at Sanitas, where they served as Managing Director of Day Care Hospitals and HR Director of Sanitas Subsidiaries. Javier also holds positions as a Fund Investor at Alma Mundi Ventures and a Panel Member for the PREMIO NACIONAL DE MANAGEMENT. Javier is also a Member of the Board of Advisors at Confederación Empresarial Navarra (CEN).
Javier Ruiz de Azcárate Varela completed their Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid from 1986 to 1990. Javier then pursued an Executive Management Program at Leeds Beckett University from 1998 to 1999. In 2006, they attended IESE Business School and obtained a PADE degree. Currently, they are enrolled in an Advanced Management Program at The Valley Digital Business School, specializing in Digital Business.
