Beatriz Coronel

Beatriz Coronel has a strong background in working with youth development and suicide prevention programs. Beatriz has held various roles in organizations such as Comunilife, Inc., where they served as a Senior Program Director and later as an Assistant Vice President of the Life is Precious program. Beatriz also worked as a Consultant for Comunilife, Inc., providing support for the Life is Precious program. Additionally, they have experience as an Executive Director for Haven, a collective focused on racial equity through arts, media, wellness, education, and community. Beatriz has also worked as a Program Director for Groove With Me, Inc., using dance as a creative outlet for girls. Beatriz has a strong passion for using the arts and counseling to support and uplift young people.

Beatriz Coronel obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Iona University. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Psychology from The City College of New York, which they completed between 2006 and 2009.
