Charles Asfour

Charlie is a Partner and serves as a member of the Investment Committee for Comvest’s special opportunities strategy. He is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing investments for Comvest’s special opportunities strategy.

Prior to joining Comvest, Charlie founded Aves Capital Management, a Chicago-based manager of special situation oriented structured capital investments and funds. Prior to founding Aves, Charlie spent nearly a decade at Victory Park Capital Advisors, where he was a partner, an investment committee member, and most recently led the firm’s special opportunities strategy and team. Prior to Victory Park, Charlie held several other positions within the private equity and investment banking industries, including with Code Hennessy & Simmons and JPMorgan.

Charlie received a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Indiana University.
