Edward Beck

Mr. Beck is responsible for the evaluation of all IT-related capabilities for pre-acquisition companies as well as the maturation of IT capabilities within Comvest portfolio companies post acquisition. Prior to joining OAG, Ed worked for over 20 years in technology management and has served as Chief Information Officer of Park Holding Inc., Chief Information officer for National Restaurant Association, Vice President of Technology for a large charitable organization, Chief Information Officer of a ATC healthcare and Vice President of Business Applications at Bank of America. In each of these positions he provided IT oversight and leadership in the areas of organization, governance, compliance, process, security and technology. Ed is also a former military officer.

Ed holds a BA in Mathematics from University of San Diego in San Diego, California.
