James Ceavers

Mr. Ceavers works closely with executives at Comvest’s portfolio companies to ensure timely execution of Comvest’s business planning and strategic initiatives and works collaboratively with Comvest on certain operational due diligence activities. Prior to OAG, James was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, a top tier management consulting firm, where he focused on operations, supply chain, and procurement. Prior to McKinsey & Company, he was a Mechanical Engineer at Pistorino & Alam Consulting Engineers, where he worked in design, consulting, inspection, and expert testimony for the construction industry.

James received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from the University of Miami.
