Carmen Olteanu

Carmen Olteanu is an experienced Project Manager at CON-A since August 2014, with a background that includes a summer internship at Deutsche Bahn in 2013. Carmen holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca, obtained between 2012 and 2014, and also earned an Engineering Diploma in Civil Engineering from the same institution from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, Carmen completed a high school degree in Sciences and Math at Colegiul National Gheorghe Lazar Sibiu from 2004 to 2008.
