Caleb Thiebaud

Caleb Thiebaud is an experienced renewable energy professional with a strong background in wind energy operations and maintenance. Currently serving as a Site Operator and Site HSE Representative at RWE and as an Associate Site Operator at Con Edison Clean Energy Businesses since November 2019, Caleb has also worked as a Freelance Renewable Energy Technician, specializing in commissioning, troubleshooting, and design modifications from May to November 2019. Prior roles include Tech II at EDP Renewables, Central Region Resource Technician at Vestas, and various technician positions at Gamesa and Suzlon Wind Energy A/S. Caleb began a career in industrial labor and construction, including serving as Site Foreman for post-Katrina renovations. Caleb holds an Associate of Applied Science in Wind Energy and Turbine Technology from Texas State Technical College.
