Chloe Baker

Chloe Baker is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an Engineering Development Associate and Team Lead at Conagra Brands since June 2021. Responsibilities include leading problem-solving teams for manufacturing, safety, and quality issues, implementing new equipment to enhance production efficiency, supervising production lines, and coaching associates on safety practices. Previous roles include a Manufacturing Intern and Engineering Intern, where Chloe focused on yield loss improvements and process development.
