Shawn Hackett

Shawn Hackett is a seasoned professional in CRM and marketing, currently serving as Capabilities Lead, CRM at Conagra Brands since February 2021. Prior to this role, Shawn managed CRM initiatives at the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago, focusing on Salesforce implementation and marketing strategies. With extensive experience at The Walt Disney Company spanning nearly eight years, Shawn held various positions, including CRM Manager, where responsibilities included directing brand campaigns and managing significant marketing budgets. Additional experiences include internships at Illinois Heart and Lung Foundation and Chicago Zoological Society, along with volunteer work at Brookfield Zoo. Shawn holds a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Illinois Wesleyan University and has furthered education at the University of Technology Sydney.
