Spencer Wise is an accomplished food safety and quality management professional with extensive experience across various food sectors. Currently serving as the Food Safety, Quality, and Sanitation Manager for Conagra Foodservice since August 2024, Spencer previously held positions such as Food Safety Quality Assurance Manager at Hearthside Food Solutions and Director of Food & Beverage Business Development at OmniActive Health Technologies. At InnovAsian, Spencer managed food safety, quality, and commercialization processes. A long tenure at Starbucks included roles as Food Safety and Quality Manager and Product Development Manager, contributing significantly to numerous successful product launches. Spencer's early career involved R&D roles with Sara Lee and development positions at Earthgrains, complemented by a strong educational background in Bakery Science from Kansas State University and training at the American Institute of Baking.
