Kerry Menchin

Kerry Menchin has extensive experience in compliance roles throughout their career. Kerry started as a Compliance Specialist at NAPICO in 1999 and stayed until 2001. Kerry then worked as the Director of Compliance at AIMCO from 2000 to 2008. Kerry joined JRK Residential in 2008 as the Vice President of Compliance and served until 2014. After that, they joined ConAm Management Corporation as the Director of Compliance in 2014. Additionally, Kerry has been a member of the Angel City Chorale since 2006.

Kerry Menchin obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater Arts from SUNY New Paltz, attending the institution from 1986 to 1990.
