Nicolette Weber, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Nicolette Weber has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Starting in 2003 as a Human Resources Coordinator at Thorpe Enterprises, they then progressed to become a Human Resources Manager at AccuMED Innovative Technologies, LLC in 2005. Nicolette then joined Safran as a Human Resources Manager, where they served until 2018. In 2018, they took on the role of Director of Human Resources at Dynabrade Power Tools, followed by their current position as Director of Culture and People Development (Human Resources) at Conax Technologies since 2019. Nicolette's work experience showcases their expertise and growth in human resources management.

Nicolette Weber holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Management from Amberton University. Nicolette also earned a Bachelor of Science in Business, Management, and Economics, with a focus on Human Resources Management, from Empire State University. Additionally, they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Erie Community College. Nicolette has also obtained several certifications, including the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), the SHRM-SCP from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), a Six Sigma Green Belt from Insyte Consulting, and a Veterans at Work Certificate from the SHRM Foundation.
