Currently serving as the Video Assistant Referee Project Leader at CONCACAF, Mark previously held positions at the United States Soccer Federation and the Professional Referee Organization. With extensive experience in soccer and a background in healthcare, Mark also has a Master's degree in Health Services Administration.
