Ray Hoover

Ray joined ConcealFab in 2019 with over 18 years of operations experience. He is a lean manufacturing expert with extensive experience in Six Sigma & Toyota Production Systems. Previously, Ray led teams of over a thousand people across multiple shifts for publicly traded multi-billion dollar companies including Amazon, Technicolor, Harman, Molex, and Federal Mogul. Ray received his undergraduate degree from University of Arkansas at Monticello.
