Zalak Patel

Zalak Patel, PT, DPT, currently serves as the Associate Director of Clinical Services at Concentra since August 2018, where previous roles included Center Therapy Director and Physical Therapist. Prior experience includes a position as Curology Brand Ambassador and various roles in educational support and caregiving, including Tutor at Montclair Learning Center Plus and Caregiver at Care.com. Zalak gained valuable clinical experience through student positions at multiple rehabilitation facilities such as Rothman Institute, FOX Rehabilitation, and Brooks Rehabilitation. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.
