David Heiber

David Heiber is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Concentric Educational Solutions, a company that partners with school districts and schools to enhance student engagement and academic achievement through innovative strategies. He has also founded the Concentric Education Foundation, where he currently serves as President, working towards transformative change in urban areas by addressing socioeconomic disparities and supporting youth. David holds a Doctor of Education degree in Urban Education and Leadership from Morgan State University, a Master of Arts degree in African-American/Black Studies from Temple University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in History and Black Studies from Lincoln University. He has pioneered "Concentricity," a theory of change that utilizes wrap-around services to drive improvements in student achievement, setting new standards in education reform.
