Avinash Banerjee

Avinash Banerjee is an experienced operations lead currently at Concentrix Innovation Labs, working with Microsoft Corporation since August 2021 to develop software products and platforms aimed at enhancing Customer Experience through automation, analytics, and artificial intelligence. Prior to this role, Avinash served as a network professional at Tata Consultancy Services from March 2015 to August 2021, providing consulting services on testing and networking for various organizations and establishing shared services for database management. From March 2011 to March 2015, Avinash was a team lead at Mphasis, supporting IT service desks and creating frameworks for service operations. Avinash holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Karim City College Jamshedpur and is currently pursuing a Master of Computer Applications in Information Technology.
