Glenn Major

Glenn Major is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales operations and management. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales Operations at Concentrix since February 2014, Glenn is responsible for operational and process support for global sales and account management. Prior to this role, Glenn spent over a decade at IBM in various managerial positions, including Global Process Services Sales Management Support Manager for Growth Markets, focusing on sales operations in underserved regions. Additional experience includes significant roles at PriceWaterhouse Coopers as Principal Consultant and TXU as Finance Shared Services and Project Manager. Glenn's educational background includes a Graduate Diploma in Innovation and Service Management from RMIT University and a degree in Business and Accounting from Monash University.
