Joy Khuptong

Joy Khuptong is an accomplished Project & Transition Manager with over 15 years of experience in project management and operational leadership. Currently serving as Project & Transition Manager II at Concentrix since June 2019, Joy previously held multiple roles at MetLife from September 2008 to May 2019, including Assistant Manager in Project Management and Team Leader in Operation & Team Management. Joy began the career as a Specialist Training within the Business Transition Pool and advanced through various significant positions. Joy holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree from North-Eastern Hill University, attained between 2004 and 2007.
