Pablo Rodriguez

Pablo Rodriguez currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Leaf since August 2022 and holds the position of Senior Operations Manager at Concentrix since July 2019, also having previously worked as the Global Helpdesk Support Operations Manager. In addition, Pablo has been with Convergys since September 2016 as a Technical Support Manager for NetApp and has a decade of experience at Sykes Enterprises, where roles included Supervisor of Account Operations for American Express Fraud and Operations Supervisor for Citi Realty Services, among others. Prior experience includes serving as Engineering Manager at Dole Food Company. Pablo's educational background includes a Master's degree in Resources Management and Production Technologies and multiple Six Sigma certifications from Tecnológico de Costa Rica and other institutions. A Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering was also obtained from Tecnológico de Costa Rica.
