Melanie Acosta

Melanie Acosta has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Melanie started their career in 2003 at Ford Motor Company, where they worked as a Coop. Admin and Finance Executive and later as a Finance Staff. In 2007, they joined Comglasco AG as a Team Manager in the Accounting Department, overseeing various financial operations and conducting performance evaluations. In 2010, Melanie joined VXI Global Solutions, Inc as a Team Lead in the Business Unit Reports and Analytics department, where they supervised analysts, facilitated vendor conference calls, and collaborated with management to solve business issues. Most recently, Melanie worked at Concepcion Industrial Corporation, where they held roles such as Head of Ecommerce Operations and Head of Digital Commerce and Incubation. Their responsibilities included managing ecommerce operations and leading digital commerce initiatives.

Melanie Acosta obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in Management Accounting from Colegio de San Juan de Letran, where they studied from 1998 to 2003. Melanie later pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration at the same institution from 2007 to 2012. Additionally, Melanie has obtained multiple certifications, including AML Essentials from the Financial Crime Academy, Agile Scrum Master Certification Training from Omni Academy, and Introduction to SAP Hybris from Udemy Free Courses. Other certifications include Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Design Thinking and Innovation from Saatchi & Saatchi, and Audit to Supply Chain from IIA-The Institute of Internal Auditors. Melanie also obtained certifications in Developing the Leader Within You, ACE - Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, VBA Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Power BI Desktop Data Modelling.
