Runa Ruj has extensive experience in the field of technical recruitment, having worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter in various companies such as Concept Software & Services Inc, Techniq Software, Mindlance, IDC Technologies, Inc., and IT Trailblazers. Prior to their recruitment roles, Runa worked as a Client Relationship Manager at Absolute BPO Private Limited and as a Sales Executive at Aditya Birla Minacs. Runa began their career as a Customer Care Sales Executive at Sutherland Global Services after completing their B.Com degree from Guwahati University in 2009.
