Manon Fafard

Manon Fafard has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership and organizational development. Manon is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Concept Store Fixtures International, where they are responsible for the HR function for the entire company. Prior to this role, they were the VP of Human Resources at BOMBARDIER, where they oversaw the HR function for Bombardier Aviation and was a member of the leadership team. Manon has also held various other roles at BOMBARDIER, including Human Resources Director, Manager of Organizational Learning, Head of Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness, Acting Director of Organizational Development, and Manager of Organizational Development. Before their time at BOMBARDIER, they worked at Groupe St-Hubert as a Principal Advisor in HR and as a Human Resources Generalist.

Manon Fafard has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the Université de Sherbrooke. Manon also holds a Master's degree in Change Management and Organizational Development from the same institution. In addition to their degrees, Manon Fafard has obtained several certifications, including one in Employee Experience from LinkedIn in 2019, one in "Défi 100 jours (Confiance, Prise de risques, Influence)" from The A Effect in 2017, and membership in the "Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés" in 2001.
