Tad Henderson

Tad Henderson has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Tad is currently serving as the COO at Conception Nurseries since May 2019. Prior to this, they were the President of TR Henderson & Associates, where they worked with start-up companies to implement complex change and develop systems and team leadership. Tad also held the position of Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director of Business Development and Outreach at CALSTAR from 2011 to 2017, where they successfully transitioned a team into a high-functioning business development team with defined processes and metrics. Before joining CALSTAR, Tad was the President of LTP Sales, a sales enablement company that improved sales revenues and profitability for customers through leadership and enhanced skills. Tad also served as the EVP of Sales and Marketing at LSA Global, where they implemented a business plan focused on scaling sales and offerings. Tad's experience includes working as the Director of Sales - Financial Services Vertical at Proxicom, where they generated significant consulting sales for Fortune 500 accounts. Tad also served as the Managing Director of Taxable Fixed Income Group at Stone & Youngberg, where they achieved substantial revenue growth. Tad started their career at Prudential Securities as a Vice President in the Debt Transactions Group.

Tad Henderson's education history includes a Certificate of Business Excellence in Finance, Leadership, and Venture Capital from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. In addition, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management / Labor Relations from Georgetown University.
