Matt Osborne (OZ)

Matt "OZ" Osborne has a diverse work experience, spanning multiple companies and roles throughout their career. Matt "OZ" started their design journey as a Junior Designer at 4G2 in 2000 before moving on to Day6 Creative as a Senior Designer in 2003. From 2004 to 2009, they worked as a Senior Art Director at Pilot (Studio). In 2009, they founded XCNVS, a design and illustration powerhouse where they served as the Creative Director and Owner. XCNVS worked on various projects in industries such as Game & Toy, Fashion, Health & Fitness, and Music. Matt's next role was with Proverb Agency, where they held the position of Creative/Design Director from 2013 to 2016. Matt "OZ" then joined Concepts International LLC as a Senior Graphic Designer from 2010 to 2017. In 2017, they became the Chief Creative at Land of OZ™. Finally, in 2020, they returned to Pilot (Studio) as an Art Director before assuming their current role as the Design Director at Concepts International LLC in February 2022.

Matt "OZ" Osborne obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design Communication from Belmont University, which they pursued from 1999 to 2003.
