Sydney Cicero

Sydney Cicero, RHIA, currently serves as the Regional Client Relationship Manager at Concert Health since August 2022. Prior to this role, Sydney held multiple positions at National Medical Billing Services from December 2016 to August 2022, including Assistant Director of Implementation & Tiger Team, Client Manager, Managed Care Contract Analyst, and Managed Care Contract Support. Sydney also gained experience as a Professional Practice Student at St. Luke's Health System in 2018 and held various roles at the YMCA of the USA and Easter Seals Midwest from 2012 to 2017. Sydney started a career in customer service as a Line Associate at Waterway Gas & Wash in 2013. Sydney earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management from Saint Louis University between 2014 and 2018.
