Nailah Mays

Nailah Mays currently serves as Program Director at The Key Program, Inc. since December 2022, following a previous role as a Residential Caseworker at the same organization from August 2021 to November 2021. Nailah has been employed as a Ticket Agent at Concord Coach Lines since May 2018, providing assistance with luggage, reservations, and inquiries about schedules and fares. Additional experience includes working as a Front Desk Associate at Best Western Plus Brunswick Bath from 2016 to 2018, delivering customer service during guest check-ins and addressing complaints, as well as serving food at Mid-Coast Senior Health Center from 2014 to 2015, where professional interactions were maintained with an elderly population. Nailah holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, completed between 2019 and 2021, and a High School Diploma from Baxter Academy for Tech & Sciences, attained in 2017.
