Doug Oberheu

Doug Oberheu is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Since October 2006, Doug has served as the CEO of CONCORD UTILITY SERVICES. Prior to this position, Doug was the President of Accord Staffing, Inc. from July 2002 to October 2006 and held the title of Vice President at Intelitech from November 1996 to June 2002. Doug's career commenced as a Recruiter at Aerotek between May 1995 and November 1996. Doug holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from St. Cloud State University, where studies were completed from 1992 to 1995.
