Matt Brynildson

Matt Brynildson, SPHR, serves as the Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Chief People Officer at BBB Industries, LLC, overseeing HR for a major automotive electronics supplier with over 11,000 employees across North America and China. Since 2013, Brynildson has been a Partner and interim CHRO at Concordis LLC, providing strategic HR advisory services to a technology consulting startup. Previously, Brynildson held key HR leadership roles at PureForge, Kenworth Truck Co. / PACCAR Inc., Meritor, Inc., GKN Sinter Metals, The Coca-Cola Company, Caltex Petroleum, and Hewitt Associates. Education includes an MBA in General Management from the University of Michigan and a Master’s in Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University.
