Jamie Kanki

Jamie Kanki has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. They are currently serving as the Senior Director, Concourse at EAB since September 2022. Prior to this, Jamie held multiple roles at Concourse Global from May 2017, including Vice President of Operations and Head of Engagement & Student Services. They were responsible for managing various aspects of operations and enhancing student engagement.

Before joining Concourse Global, Jamie worked at Grok Global Services as the Head of Global Access from April 2019 to August 2020. In this role, they successfully launched and managed a recruitment solution for Grok Global, assisting educational institutions in effectively recruiting from small and medium-sized markets worldwide.

From 2016 to 2017, Jamie served as the Associate Director of Graduate Marketing and Recruitment at NYU Tandon School of Engineering. They led a team of recruiters, oversaw marketing collateral updates, and organized recruitment events both domestically and internationally. Jamie played a significant role in increasing NYU's visibility globally.

Prior to NYU, Jamie worked at the University of Bridgeport as the Associate Director of International Admissions from February 2014 to December 2015 and as the Senior International Admissions Counselor from August 2013 to February 2014. They were responsible for supervising staff, issuing immigration documents, developing new markets, and representing the university in various regions.

Jamie also has experience working at UMKC as the International Recruitment and Admissions Manager from January 2011 to June 2013. In this role, they processed applications, improved office efficiency, and organized student orientations.

In addition, Jamie has gained international experience as an Assistant Language Teacher (ALT) and Prefectural Advisor through the Japan Exchange and Teaching Programme from July 2008 to July 2010.

They also worked as a Staff Photographer, Reporter, and Photo Editor at the Columbia Missourian from January 2006 to June 2008 and as a Summer Welcome Leader at the University of Missouri in 2006.

Jamie started their career as a TeenStar, Freelance Photographer, and Reporter at The Kansas City Star from August 2002 to June 2004.

Jamie Kanki completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2004 to 2008. Prior to attending university, Jamie attended Park Hill High School, but there is no information about any degree or field of study obtained during that time.
