Rick Felder

Rick Felder is an experienced professional in the concrete and real estate industries, currently serving as the Regional Quality Control Manager at Concrete Strategies LLC since March 2008. Felder has a long-standing involvement with the American Concrete Institute as a voting member on multiple committees, including the Construction of Concrete Floors, Design of Slabs on Ground, and Shrinkage Compensating Concrete. Prior to the current role, Felder worked as a Real Estate Broker at Austin-Barnett Realty from April 2019 to February 2023 and held various positions in concrete production management, including Production Manager at Kalman Floor Company and The Fricks Company, as well as Project Superintendent at Kalman Floor Company earlier in the career.
