Rich Folsom began their work experience in 1996 at Wal-Mart as a Sr. Programmer Analyst. Rich then moved on to work as a Sr. Developer at Blue292 from March 2000 to December 2001. After that, they joined Dell as a Manager from 2001 to 2006. From 2006 to 2012, they worked at HP as an I/T Director. Following HP, Folsom worked at General Motors as an Enterprise Data Warehouse IT Director from July 2012 to October 2018. Currently, Folsom is the Chief Technology Officer at concretely.ai, starting in September 2018.
Rich Folsom completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the University of Central Oklahoma from 1993 to 1996. In addition, they have obtained multiple certifications in various fields related to machine learning and artificial intelligence. Some of these certifications include "Building Conversational Experiences with Dialogflow" from Coursera in October 2019, "Recommendation Systems with TensorFlow on GCP" from Google in January 2019, and "Machine Learning" from Stanford University in December 2018, among others.
