Joyce Kiefert

Joyce Kiefert is an experienced project manager specializing in estimating sales for dry utility projects, currently serving at Concrete Pipe & Precast LLC since February 1999. Previous roles include sales and estimating for highway, subdivision, electrical, and wastewater projects at Hanson Building Products from February 1996 to August 2012, as well as customer service and dispatch responsibilities. Prior to this, Joyce worked as a field surveyor at Hoggard and Eure PC from February 1992 to February 1996 and at Centerline PLC from August 1987 to February 1992. Educational qualifications include a Project Management certificate from New Horizons Regional Education Centers and a Field Surveying certificate from Old Dominion University.
