Katie Poteat

Katie Poteat serves as Vice President of Global Service Delivery Strategy at SAP Concur, directing a team focused on strategic project management for an 800-person global service delivery organization. With a strong background in product and services strategy, Katie previously held senior director roles where responsibilities included transforming Concur's services organization and directing product strategy for the public sector. Notably, as Director of Government Implementation, Katie successfully led a large-scale cloud software implementation for the US Government. Katie's career also includes positions at Baan, Aurum Software, and Carrier Corporation, along with degrees in Public Relations and Economics from Syracuse University and Education from Georgia State University.
