Caitlin Jones has a diverse work experience in the areas of climate change, energy resilience, environmental consulting, and research. Caitlin began their career as a Sustainability Intern Supervisor at Randolph College, where they developed and supervised an internship program focused on sustainability. Caitlin then served as a Planning Branch Intern at the Maryland Emergency Management Agency, assisting in the development of emergency management plans and facilitating exercises.

Afterwards, Caitlin joined Nationwide as a Customer Service Representative during breaks from college, where they contributed to process and efficiency improvements. Caitlin continued to gain experience as an Executive Research Assistant at Randolph College, leading students in research on water resources for the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality.

Caitlin then transitioned to Booz Allen Hamilton, where they worked as an Environmental Consultant, supporting various programs related to environmental restoration, defense, and emergency management. Caitlin also served as a Senior Environmental Consultant, providing support to the Office of the Secretary of Defense and leading projects related to environmental cleanup, compliance, and conservation. During this time, Caitlin also became a subject matter expert on climate change and water.

Currently, Caitlin is working at Concurrent Technologies Corporation as a Senior Climate and Energy Resilience Analyst, serving the U.S. Department of the Air Force. In this role, they are responsible for policy analysis and providing resilience support in the areas of climate, water, and energy.
