Andy Littledale has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Andy is currently the Director of Operations at Condense Reality since October 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Honorary Professor at the University of Bristol from September 2018. Additionally, they served as an Advisory Board Member at the University of the West of England from May 2018.

From March 2016 to September 2018, Andy Littledale was the CEO of Politech Limited, where they focused on reinventing audience measurement through micro surveys on Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp. Andy utilized reinforcement learning to optimize user engagement and deliver personalized surveys based on various factors.

During their time at Twitter, Andy held multiple roles. From August 2014 to November 2015, they were a Senior Product Manager responsible for Twitter's social TV analytics products. Andy collaborated with research teams, management, TV networks, and measurement partners to identify and exploit emerging trends. Andy also served as the Director of Media from March 2014 to August 2014, handling global TV analytics partnerships for Twitter TV ratings.

Andy Littledale co-founded and served as the CEO of SecondSync Ltd. from July 2011 to March 2014. This tech startup specialized in social media analytics for TV, working with notable clients and partners.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Andy was the CEO and Founder of Backflip Limited, a digital agency, from September 2004 to July 2011. Andy oversaw a team of technical, design, and editorial staff, catering to clients such as the BBC, HP, Aardman, and Adobe.

Their earlier experience includes working as a Senior Project Manager at Cowie and Fox from October 2003 to September 2004 and as a Senior Developer at the BBC from June 1999 to September 2003.

Andy Littledale obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of Southampton, where they studied from 1993 to 1996. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Information Systems & Computing at Brunel University London from 1998 to 1999.
