Rebecca Gilbert

Rebecca Gilbert is currently the Executive Director of People & Culture at Condor Ferries. Rebecca has over fifteen years of experience working in Human Resources, and has held positions at Telesoft Technologies, Jobshop UK Ltd, Coutts Information Services, Animal, and VAI (UK). Rebecca has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Winchester.

Rebecca Gilbert has a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) from the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management (CIPD qualification Level 7) from MOL (CIPD). Rebecca also has GCSE's from Ashdown School.
