Erica Ehrlich

Erica Ehrlich has a diverse work experience in the fields of user experience (UX) and product design. Erica started their career as an Assistant Animator at Artifact Pictures in 2005. Erica then worked at 321 LAUNCH, where they held various roles, including Lead 3D Artist, CG Supervisor, and ultimately, VP/Head of Production. At 321 LAUNCH, Erica played a key role in overseeing animation production, implementing agile workflows, and managing project schedules. Since 2013, Erica has been working at Conductor, where they have held multiple positions, including User Experience (UX) Designer, UX Design Lead, Principal UX and Product Designer, and currently, Director of User Experience (UX) and Product Design. At Conductor, Erica has been responsible for leading design strategy and end-to-end design for the company's SaaS platform. Erica has also conducted user research, defined product strategy, designed user interfaces, and performed usability testing. Erica is passionate about helping users become more effective and successful in their work.

Erica Ehrlich attended the University of Pennsylvania from 2002 to 2006 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Digital Media Design. Erica also pursued minors in Psychology and Cinema Studies. In 2013, Erica attended General Assembly to study User Experience Design. Additionally, they acquired a certification in "AI For Everyone" from Coursera in 2021.
