Gerasimos Pollatos

As VP of Engineering and Technology Strategy, Gerasimos is responsible for leading the development and execution of Conductor's technology, product architecture, and strategy.

Prior to Conductor, Gerasimos was the SVP of Engineering at Searchmetrics, where he led engineering, infrastructure, and product. Before Searchmetrics, Gerasimos was the Director of Engineering for the OLX Autos Dealer group, where his teams launched the OLX autos platform in India, Indonesia, and Latin America. He has held senior positions in startups and scale-ups in the travel, adtech, and mobile marketing spaces.

Gerasimos holds a MSc in Computer Science and a PhD in Combinatorial Optimisation. He enjoys graph theory, distributed systems, data architecture, and stateless software.
