Santhosh Kumar Bala Krishnan

Santhosh Kumar Bala Krishnan has worked for a variety of companies since 2010. In 2010, they worked as an Instructor for Web Design and Development at Amrita School of Engineering in Coimbatore. In 2009, they worked as an Intern at MindTree Ltd., where they created a web platform for tracing requirements to the related software engineering documents. In 2012, they were an Intern at Invidio. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at VMware as a Senior Member of Technical Staff, spearheading the UI effort on VMware's high priority project. From 2016 to 2022, they worked at Okta, first as a Software Architect, then as a Principal Software Engineer, and finally as a Staff Software Engineer. Santhosh Kumar was responsible for the Okta Enduser Dashboard redesign, building it from scratch using React + TypeScript and improving the responsiveness and accessibility to be WCAG AA compliant. Finally, they are currently working as a UI Software Architect at ConductorOne.

Santhosh Kumar Bala Krishnan obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science and Engineering from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham in 2011. Santhosh Kumar then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Engineering with a focus in Computer and Information Sciences, General from the University of Pennsylvania at Philadelphia, which they completed in 2013.
