Dan Hoffman

Dan Hoffman is an experienced Business Process Consultant at Salo, specializing in talent acquisition, recruiting, and HR project analysis. Since April 2021, Dan has developed a Global Center of Excellence for Cook Medical, analyzed a $50 million contingent labor spend, and crafted an employee value proposition for Kohler's IT division. Prior to Salo, Dan served as a Contract HR Consultant for various organizations, including Deloitte and Pathway to Living, focusing on interim roles in talent acquisition. Dan's extensive background in talent acquisition includes leadership positions at HUB International, overseeing a large team and making 2,000 annual hires, as well as managing budgets and processes across multiple roles. Dan holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Michigan State University and has pursued continuing education in Human Resources Management at DePaul University.
