Vidya Srikanth

Vidya Srikanth's work experience begins in 1999 as a Recruitment Consultant for Intercon International and Adecco. In 2003, they joined airtel as a churn management professional. From 2006 to 2010, Vidya worked in talent acquisition roles for Reliance Communications and Reliance Communications Ltd. Vidya then moved on to become a Senior Program Manager at Common Purpose from 2012 to 2013. Currently, Vidya is the Sr HR Manager at Exafluence since May 2022.

Vidya Srikanth pursued their Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree in the field of Family and Child Welfare (FCW) from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences from 1997 to 1999.
