John Firkins

John Firkins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology management and systems development. Currently serving as Global Technical Manager at Conduent since March 2017, Firkins previously held the position of Manager of Systems Development at Xerox Business Services/Affiliated Computer Services from March 2000 to December 2016. Firkins holds an MBA in Business Computer Information Systems from the University of North Texas, earned from 1992 to 1996, and a BBA in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Iowa, obtained from 1980 to 1985.
