Stephen Rinaldi

Stephen Rinaldi is a highly experienced Sr. Principal Engineer with a career spanning over three decades in embedded software development and substantial expertise in navigation and fleet management systems. Currently at Conduent since October 2004, previously part of Xerox Services, Rinaldi has led the development of an automatic vehicle locator (AVL) device leveraging GPS technology for transit agencies. Rinaldi's background includes significant roles at multiple companies, such as ACS - TMS, Orbital Sciences, Spirent Communications, and Wabtec Railway Electronics, focusing on advanced telecommunications and embedded software solutions. Rinaldi holds a Master of Science in Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University, a Master of Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia, and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from The Catholic University of America.
