Kristen Tiscareno is an experienced recruitment professional with a diverse background in various roles within the talent acquisition field. Currently serving as the People and Culture Lead at Conduit since February 2022, Kristen previously worked as a Recruitment Consultant at AMP, focusing on internal recruitment for technology and business roles. Prior to that, Kristen held the position of Recruitment Operations Specialist at Arete Partners, where responsibilities included supporting executive search efforts for scaling start-ups. As the first hire at Arete Partners, Kristen contributed significantly to the firm’s development from inception. Additionally, Kristen has experience as a Technical Recruiter at Spark Recruitment and in various positions, including Consultant and Candidate Manager at Ambition and Recruitment Consultant at Spherion Technology, further solidifying expertise in the recruitment landscape.
